1. What did you see?
Normal behaviour that happens everyday although this time it wasn't easy controlling it. The behaviour that happen yesterday was worse then the usual, The behaviour of the majority of the class was unacceptable. The guys had the same behaviour they have everyday, but to the TOC it was something new.
2. What do you think your classmates saw?
I think my classmates saw the usual as in when Neuf is here, and we are always goofing around. They didn't think that we were doing anything wrong, even though we should have respected the fact that we had a TOC and we should have had much better behaviour than usual.
3. What did the TOC see?
Behaviour that shouldn't be coming from a grade 11 class. yes we are teenagers, but yesterday we passed the limits. We shouldn't have behaved the way we did. The TOC was probably annoyed with the whole class because the majority of the class was fooling around and the rest weren't really all participating at their best. Next time hopefully the TOC, if we have one again, he might just see that we aren't so bad as we seemed to be.
4. What do you think Neuf sees?
Behaviour that a TOC shouldn't have to tolerate from students that he just met. I know Neuf is probably somewhat disappointed. And I say somewhat because Neuf is really understanding when it comes to handling all the shananagins that this class do.
5. What did you do about it? Why?
Nothing. Because I wasn't having such a great day. And I know that is not an excuse but i didn't know how to handle my mood yesterday. I hadn't felt like complete sh*t, in a long time. And that's how i felt yesterday. I know i should have maybe talked to someone that wayI would feel better, but lately I don't know who to talk to anymore. I dont know who to trust anymore.

My Workout! :)
1.Bicycle -10 mins
2.Treadmill - 5 mins
3.Squats touching ball - 20 - 3 sets
4.Push ups - 10 - 3 sets
5.Crunches - 20 - 3 sets
6. Body Bridge - 3 mins
7. Leg Curl - weight: 40 - 2 sets of 10
8.Seated Leg Press - didn't have enough time.
9.Stairs - Didn't have enough time.
10.Bicep Curls - Didn't have enough time.
2. I decided to go a bit hard and not take it easy just because my knees hurt. I actually exercised the whole time and i did quit not even when I was tired. Although I was late, i didn't do as much as I wanted to do but I think I did go.
I thought I chose my workout fairly well, but i could have done a bit better thatn what I did. I wish maybe I could have tried atleast a bit harder, butnext time that i have the same opportunity as yesterday I will try way harder.

PE Interm
1. I haven't been very successful so much in participating mostly when we go running, I have a lot of difficulty because of my knee. I think it is also in my head, the fact that i had really bad knees I usually limit myself and I tell myself to stop without even being tired but I stop just because my knees hurts.
2. I would say my exertion level isn't as high as it should probably be. I think I should try a bit harder than I do and not stop when my knees hurt. I should push myself harder to be a bit more fit, not to the point where i feel like throwing up but to the point where I’m at least tired.
3. I'm always in a good mood. I have personally asked on of my friend's and she said that I am always really hyperactive.
4. I'm always in a good mood, and I also do my best to encourage and motivate others while they are doing their physical activity. I'm always trying my best to keep a big smile and not a frown, so other around me catch that smile!.
5. I am more fit than I was last year, before I would get really tired just walking up a hill and now I don't anymore, i actually feel good walking up a hill. Although it does have quite an impact on my knees and it does hurt a bit.
6. My knees are really terrible and I should really go to physiotherapy. Perhaps that will help my knees a lot and maybe I will be able to do better in P.E.
7. I think perhaps my percentage should maybe 74% and not higher because even though I try I personally think that I don't try hard enough.

how to teach the I generation
Give everyone and Ipod and tell them to do something and if they don't do what they are told then take and the Ipod away. and explain that getting an Ipod in class or anywhere else is a privalege not a right. kids tend to be too into ipods these days. Teenagers are to attached to technology nowadays, and they have found a new way to bully other. it is called cyberbullying and nowadays it is done so much that people are committing suicide due to how far it goes. One of the most important skills in highshool as a student we need to learn is effective time management. Teens need to learn that they are responsible for managing their time. Many students end up spending hours in class, they get involved with extracurricular activities, and also have to keep up with homework.

Report!
I think that for P.E I am doing more than I usually do, I try my best for P.E not just because i have to but because I know that it is for my own good. I'm having a bit of difficulty because of my knee. I've noticed that I have becoming more fit because of the effort that i have been putting in. And if i continue putting all this effort in.
Excuses
One of our main excuses may be I don't feel well, or also i'm injured. When the main reaon is that we just don't want to do anything. Since P.E is our last block we say that we are tired and that we just want to go home. But I think that it wouldn't help either way if we had P.E as first block because than everyone would just say that it is too early to start the day off with P.E.

Self Regulated
I feel that I need to work on stamina so I dont feel the need to stop so quickly. Hopefully for our class we go to the weight room soon that way i can work on my leg strength and that might help me more. I've also thought of going for a jog once in a while.
Grouse Mountain. (Grinding)
I felt really exhausted at the end but I was also very happy because I finished the Grouse Mountain because not everyone was able to finish it. i learn that I need to work more on my stamina and maybe go for jogs once in a while just to keep fit. And maybe if i ever do the Grouse Mountain again, i won't be that tired and I will finish it in less time.

Sept 10. :)
Capture the flag, 30 minute continuous Pond Run, TOC, blogger, and 4km community run.
Capture the flag: I wasn't here for capture the flag because I was still a T.A for Mr.Vaughan in his class of grade 8's and 9's.
30 minutes continuous Pond Run: I was able to do the pond run without getting short of breath at the end. For the last 10 minutes of the pond run I jogged along with another classmate named Ben, we jogged the whole 10 minutes without stopping to rest. I was tired at the end from jogging for 10 minutes straight but i was happy that I didn't stop to rest.
TOC: I wasn't here when Mr.Neuf had Mr.Brown for his class but Mr.Brown had previously been a TOC for Mr. Hepting and for his class we played cone soccer. It was fun, and at the end i was tired because all the T.A's that was in the class also played, I also tried my best so that i was giving motivation to the other students in that class.
Blogger: At first I thought creating a blog was pointless but then i realized that it was a good idea because that way you can keep track of everything you did, for how long you did it, and how you felt at the end.

First Week
I wasn't in Mr.Neuf's class the first week because I was in Mr.Vaughan's class and I was a T.A, so I helped him with whatever he needed.
