Self Regulated

I feel that I need to work on stamina so I dont feel the need to stop so quickly. Hopefully for our class we go to the weight room soon that way i can work on my leg strength and that might help me more. I've also thought of going for a jog once in a while.

Grouse Mountain. (Grinding)

I felt really exhausted at the end but I was also very happy because I finished the Grouse Mountain because not everyone was able to finish it. i learn that I need to work more on my stamina and maybe go for jogs once in a while just to keep fit. And maybe if i ever do the Grouse Mountain again, i won't be that tired and I will finish it in less time.

Sept 10. :)

Capture the flag, 30 minute continuous Pond Run, TOC, blogger, and 4km community run.

Capture the flag: I wasn't here for capture the flag because I was still a T.A for Mr.Vaughan in his class of grade 8's and 9's.

30 minutes continuous Pond Run: I was able to do the pond run without getting short of breath at the end. For the last 10 minutes of the pond run I jogged along with another classmate named Ben, we jogged the whole 10 minutes without stopping to rest. I was tired at the end from jogging for 10 minutes straight but i was happy that I didn't stop to rest.

TOC: I wasn't here when Mr.Neuf had Mr.Brown for his class but Mr.Brown had previously been a TOC for Mr. Hepting and for his class we played cone soccer. It was fun, and at the end i was tired because all the T.A's that was in the class also played, I also tried my best so that i was giving motivation to the other students in that class.

Blogger: At first I thought creating a blog was pointless but then i realized that it was a good idea because that way you can keep track of everything you did, for how long you did it, and how you felt at the end.

First Week

I wasn't in Mr.Neuf's class the first week because I was in Mr.Vaughan's class and I was a T.A, so I helped him with whatever he needed.




My Goals

1. To be able to get up to level 11 on the beep test.
2. Be able to do the pond run without getting super tired at the end of the run.
3. To be able to stay at the same spped as the teacher when it comes to jogging without getting tired.
