I think that for P.E I am doing more than I usually do, I try my best for P.E not just because i have to but because I know that it is for my own good. I'm having a bit of difficulty because of my knee. I've noticed that I have becoming more fit because of the effort that i have been putting in. And if i continue putting all this effort in.
So other than fitness what are you learning about in PE? Does anything else enter your mind? Leadership? Self control? Confidence? community?
