Report!

I think that for P.E I am doing more than I usually do, I try my best for P.E not just because i have to but because I know that it is for my own good. I'm having a bit of difficulty because of my knee. I've noticed that I have becoming more fit because of the effort that i have been putting in. And if i continue putting all this effort in.

  1. So other than fitness what are you learning about in PE? Does anything else enter your mind? Leadership? Self control? Confidence? community?

  2. I've been managing to keep a positive attitude and give myself motivation to continue on especially when I am running.
