PE Interm

1. I haven't been very successful so much in participating mostly when we go running, I have a lot of difficulty because of my knee. I think it is also in my head, the fact that i had really bad knees I usually limit myself and I tell myself to stop without even being tired but I stop just because my knees hurts.

2. I would say my exertion level isn't as high as it should probably be. I think I should try a bit harder than I do and not stop when my knees hurt. I should push myself harder to be a bit more fit, not to the point where i feel like throwing up but to the point where I’m at least tired.

3. I'm always in a good mood. I have personally asked on of my friend's and she said that I am always really hyperactive.

4. I'm always in a good mood, and I also do my best to encourage and motivate others while they are doing their physical activity. I'm always trying my best to keep a big smile and not a frown, so other around me catch that smile!.

5. I am more fit than I was last year, before I would get really tired just walking up a hill and now I don't anymore, i actually feel good walking up a hill. Although it does have quite an impact on my knees and it does hurt a bit.

6. My knees are really terrible and I should really go to physiotherapy. Perhaps that will help my knees a lot and maybe I will be able to do better in P.E.

7. I think perhaps my percentage should maybe 74% and not higher because even though I try I personally think that I don't try hard enough.

8. I think I should try harder than what I do, I think I should try to the point in which I feel really tired. And no just somewhat tired. I will do my best to go a bit longer when I am running, especially if we ever do the beep test again, I will try to run for longer.

  1. Coralia... your ailments have definitely been in the fore front of your mind in this class. I cannot tell you how far to push but I encourage you to think about ways to heal yourself (like physio) rather than living with it. Your greatest attribute in class is your ability to ignore the boys banter. This is not as easy for the other girls so your influence and encouragement for them is important. I also appreciate the way you look for ways to help others, like Mike with his blog. It says a lot about why you are here. I ave you 86... let's figure out this knee thing. :)

  2. I think you're right about everything and I agree with Neuf about your ability to not acknowledge the guys. I think that you do try hard when your knees aren't bugging you and you deserve a higher mark than 74% ... Keep up the great work! :)

  3. I certainly agree with you. But if you try hard each day slowly, your knees will get better and you will be able to have fun everyday. (not that you don't) But you are cheerful everyday, but your to hyper sometimes. And certainly your smile will reach everyone!
